We are currently seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting both our service and sales departments, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient communication, and exceptional customer care.

Coordinate day-to-day sales and service operations, including scheduling repairs, tracking parts orders, and handling inbound customer inquiries.
Accurately input and track sales orders, service appointments, and customer data using CDK software.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding service timelines, parts availability, and delivery ETAs, always maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing; resolve any billing discrepancies as needed.
Support the sales team with quote generation, proposal preparation, and post-sale follow-ups for truck and trailer sales.
Maintain a professional, organized workflow that helps drive both customer retention and department efficiency.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using CDK software in an automotive or heavy truck dealership environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced service environment.
Familiarity with the sales and service workflows of the heavy truck and fleet industry.
